100 Simple Secrets of Successful People by David Niven

Summary

David Niven, Ph.D is a psychologist and social scientist whose research emphasizes an interdisciplinary approach to problem solving. He currently teaches at Florida Atlantic University. His books are summaries of meta-studies of various facets of life.

Notes:

The book is divided into 100 chapters. Nearly all the titles are action oriented statements. Each chapter has an introduction and a case study which explains the broad logic of the action being asked. The chapter ends with a brief description of a scientific study which forms the basis of the title. The best way to read this book is a chapter at a time, preferably in the morning, and just evaluating how to incorporate the action involved. Let the thought marinate in your mind and sub-conscience; you'll figure out some appropriate change, if required.
